I think you are worried about acne problem and want to treat it quickly. I will tell you very simple things that will help you to decrease or get rid of acne. You will find it easy, if it was, it would be! Through this article, read it sitting comfortably in your chair, provided your chair is comfortable! So let’s start.

Prepare your face to treat acne

A gentle wash

The first thing to do for acne treatment is an excellent wash. You know that clean skin is a clean affair. The bacteria in acne remain in the pores of the skin. Washing your face makes it possible to remove them. You can use any good soap for the treatment of acne. Mix your light soap with warm water, rub on your face and wash gently.

It is best not to use a cloth. It is advisable to wash with the hands as this allows to have a better judgment for all that happens to your skin. Also remember that too hot or too cold water is bad for the skin. Repeated washing with water with an abnormal temperature can make your skin rough and stiff.

  • Exfoliation

A scrub removes dead skin cells from the acne on the top layer. I know that some women do it a lot, but it’s also dangerous if it’s done in excess. I recommend doing a skin exfoliation once a week. In fact, this process naturally clears the inner thin skin. Please, do it gently.

  • Rinsing

This time we will use cold water. The hot water opens the pores of the skin, makes the acne holes empty and loosens the neighboring cells. On the other hand, cold water acts as a repair. It will make your skin firm. So, rinse your skin with cold water, but always soft so that your skin keeps its softness.

These are things that can be done in general. But these three methods are necessary for acne treatment. Now, I will tell you some instant methods for treating acne by using some special products.

Effective products to treat acne

Following are few famous and effective products to treat the acne easily.

Tretinoin cream contain 0.05% Tretinoin concentration. Tretinoin is used to treat certain types of acne. Tretinoin decreases acne by accelerating the growth of the outer layer of the skin, which is replaced by new skin cells; this helps to reduce the formation of blackheads, whiteheads and other acne lesions. It may be several weeks before you experience an improvement in your acne. It has plane moisture creamy base.

Azelaic acid cream is effective in the management of retentional lesions and inflammatory lesions. Used in the treatment of acne mild to moderate, azelaic acid destroys the germs responsible for comedones and pustule formation.

Also, it helps in the removal of dead cells that clog pores. The opening of pores, facilitates the flow of sebum and prevents the formation of acne.

  • Benzoyl Peroxide Cream

Benzoyl Peroxide Cream is a bactericide, so it has the ability to destroy bacteria involved in acne. It is comedolytic: it has the ability to undo the keratin which forms the comedones or pimples. By undoing it, it helps to unclog the pores and decreases the risk of granite formation.

Clindamycin belongs, together with lincomycin, to the group of lincosamines.
It is a synthetic derivative of lincomycin, which was obtained in 1966. Because of its greater activity, better gastrointestinal absorption and wider spectrum, it used in clinical practice. The clindamycin solution works for acne as a way to minimize the inconvenience caused especially on the face, where it becomes more visible to the public, causing direct damage in the aspect of social interaction affected.

Adapalene has a mechanism of action similar to that of tretinoin. It seems, however, that it has a less irritating effect. It facilitates the evacuation of sebum by eliminating plugs that clog the pores of the skin. It also has an anti-inflammatory action. It is used in local application and is in the form of cream or gel.

  • Salicylic acid ointment

Salicylic acid is a very useful analgesic. For a while, researchers have even assumed that it could be a vitamin, which they called vitamin S. Ingested, salicylic acid relieves pain and improves circulation. Applied to the skin, it breaks down fatty compounds such as oily sebum that can clog pores. In fact, it breaks down fats and fatty compounds in the skin so well that it is generally considered to treat facial skin at a concentration of 2% with 98% of the lotion as a neutral carrier agent.

  • Tazarotenic acid

Tazarotene (Tazorac ) has been used to treat both psoriasis and acne. Tazarotene owes its efficacy to the properties of tazarotenic acid, its active metabolite, a compound that potently and selectively activates the gamma subclass of the retinoic acid receptor, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of keratinocytes while promoting cell differentiation.Unfortunately, topical tazarotene also causes retinoid dermatitis that limits the dose, even when used at relatively low concentrations (0.05%).
